✓ HubspotIf you use HubSpot’s marketing automation products, then their chatbot is a great fit. It allows for super customizable chatflows and feeds all that information back into the HubSpot CRM, allowing for customer records to be automatically updated. You can also trigger workflows off the back of chats, for example opening support tickets or sending email resources. However, if you’re not using HubSpot’s marketing suite then the chatbots are going to be of limited use.✓ DriftDrift is probably the number one solution out there for lead generation. The bots are hyper-customizable and can integrate with a huge range of third party tools. It is quite expensive (if you’re not on the startup plan, which offers a whopping 93% off!), but for websites that have a large volume of traffic it’s a great choice for top-tier lead generation.

I would recommend these three platforms that I have used for my clients.

✓ Leadformly
As a conversion optimization tool, Leadformly helps you maximize conversions where they matter most: On your web forms, Leformform gives you the tools you need to diagnose problems and eliminate or correct them. It also shows you how long it takes for users to complete their entire form and their fields so you can highlight the problematic parts of your forms and put corrections in place.

✓ Salesforce
Salesforce is among the world’s leading sales and lead management software. Includes tools to help you manage sales leads, customers, sales teams, and more. It integrates with a wide range of sales and marketing software to help companies sell more and provide better customer service.

✓ Hubspot Sales
HubSpot Sales is part of HubSpot’s free suite of small business tools. Helps you save time in generating new sales leads. HubSpot Sales includes tools and templates for email outreach and tracking, so you can interact more efficiently with prospects.

I’m a huge advocate of Hubspot’s online booking software for small businesses as it’s so simple to use and it gives complete control over your schedule with an intuitive interface to ensure the most efficient use of time and transparency to prospective clients.

Meetings booked online through the simple booking button (provided free of charge by Hubspot) sync directly with to your Gmail or Outlook calendar, so prospects can always see your most up-to-date availability and book a time that suits you both, which is a really nice touch.

Letting our potential clients automatically schedule meetings with HubSpot’s meetings tool ultimately saves our team hours of time spent on unnecessary emails back and forth trying to schedule calls each month, freeing up time to allow us to focus on more crucial aspects of the day-to-day running of our business – I don’t know where we’d be without it!

It’s actually an all-in-one CRM tool but we’ve only been using their email marketing platform and we just love how easy it is to navigate. You won’t be spending most of your time watching tutorials to learn how to use it. From setting up your email to designing it (drag & drop builder) then sending it out, the whole process is straightforward in their interface and it’s free so I’d highly recommend it for anyone who’s starting as a small business.

✓ MailChimp
This is another tool we’ve had the experience of using and it has a free plan as well. A feature we found really easy and valuable in MailChimp was the way automation is being set up. They’re not too complicated to understand and would only take you little time to successfully build one. Perhaps the only problem we had with it was its limited customization features in its email editor as we wanted to add visual impact in our emails.

Also, the free plan’s customer service support is very limited so you’d be left on your own figuring things out.GetResponse. This platform’s perfect for any small business owner who just needs the basics of an email marketing platform in a tight budget. We loved how they incorporated a calendar view to get a better perspective of when email campaigns reach your recipients. The email editor is a bit challenging to get your desired look for the email but if you only need to send out emails in simple text and imagery then this tool might work for you.

One of the key ingredients to any great lead generation is the opportunity for automation in multiple processes, and that’s one of the main reasons Hubspot is a powerful tool for driving leads. You can automate most processes and once you’re good at segmenting you list of leads, even your automation can become more personal depending on your target group.

We’ve recently started using HubSpot. Our idea is to increase our conversion rate by using various lead magnets. We are also working towards centralising our customer relations system, where we will be able to automatically send emails to our clients whenever needed.

✓ Google PageSpeed
We have also been using and recommend Google PageSpeed Insights, free and used by even the best web developers, as well as Pingdom – a page-performance dashboard that shows the loading speed of your site in real-time.

We are huge fans of the HubSpot chatbot. For us, what sets it apart from others is that it is tied to the CRM. Being able to make your chatbot work for whatever your need (knowledge base, qualifying leads, support, etc) while being able to tailor the experience to whoever is actually chatting with your bot is powerful. It’s resulted in many closed deals for ourselves and our clients. It’s also very nice that they have a free version that anyone can use to get started.

There is actually ‘NO’ best landing page building tool. Every tool has its own best features and loopholes. I have used quite a de number of tools to build landing pages and out of all, my top 3’s are:

✓ LeadPages
It is made for every kind of business model be it a DIY marketer or large agency. The easy drag and drop customization helps you to get up and going with your custom design and their analytic tools allow you to track the effectiveness of your conversions. These guys have email marketing and some cool marketing features as well.

✓ Hubspot
It is one of the most reputable names in the world of SaaS and B2B marketing. They offer a variety of marketing services, from a CRM tool to a sales tool and a landing page tool which makes HubSpot is a one-stop-shop. It also offers feature-rich, easy to use, powerful landing page creation tools. It makes it a great tool for single users, large teams, as well as agencies.
The best part about it- It is the cheapest tool and a great boon to small enterprises

✓ Unbounce
Unbounce is, without doubt, one of the best landing page building tools. Their fully customizable templates make it hassle-free to maintain a brand’s image. It’s integrating functionalities with WordPress, CRM’s, and marketing platforms helping you create high converting landing pages. Their dynamic keyword insertion is a great feature that allows you to replace the keywords of your landing page and replace them according to the user’s search query.
One of the more advanced options, it allows you to edit mobile vs desktop individually to get the look you need.

The reason is that the foundation of the platform is a CRM system. This way every e-mail you send is linked to a specific person in your database.

You can track opens, clicks etc on a person to person basis.
That makes your communication a lot more personal. There are more parts to the platform: it’s linked to your site, ads, social media etc.

Your CRM becomes your single place to have all the data about the people you e-mail, including what they do on your website and other channels.

✓ ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan is a CRM meant specifically for home service industry businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.). ServiceTitan has a built-in email marketing platform called Marketing Pro that is great for sending email blasts or drip sequences. Because it is built out within the CRM much of the process can be automated.

✓ Hubspot
Like ServiceTitan, Hubspot is a CRM, however, it is not designed specifically for home service industry experts. Hubspot’s email marketing platform is very intuitive and customizable. Like ServiceTitan, you can run automated drip sequences.

✓ MailChimp
MailChimp is not a CRM and it is made specifically for email marketing. We use this for clients who are not on a CRM. It’s great for customizable email blasts and there are automation features, but it’s not as intuitive or well-rounded as Hubspot and ServiceTitan.
