I also like that the Hubspot app on my phone allows me to message back and forth with the person in chat even if I am not in the office. First, I’d like to debunk the myth that chatbots are “EITHER OR”—sorry Drift. Meaning, it’s not a chatbot OR a contact form. You can have both. Actually you should have both on your website.

It’s really basic but works great overall. You can create chat flows within minutes. The interface is very intuitive. One downside is customization—it’s very limited.
If you’re serious about automation Chatbot.com will work great. It integrates with major messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger or Slack.
While it’s more complex in use, it offers a very powerful AI, amazing chat flow templates and robust customization.
The first tool I would like to recommend is HubSpot. One unique advantage of HubSpot’s landing page builder is that you’re able to tie it into their CRM and take full advantage of Hubspot’s full suite of tools (including personalization).
Another useful tool is Leadpages. If you’re looking for a good and cheap solution, Leadpages might be your thing. It has a very convenient drag & drop functionality and a keen emphasis on well-designed templates.
Instapage is also a very easy to use tool that comes with 200+ templates for a variety of use cases. Another key benefit of Instapage is that they offer a variety of solutions designed for Google ads, Facebook ads, and Retargeting ads.
