The website we use the most with the best CRO tools has to be Hubspot.
For Hubspot the tools we utilize are the website, campaign and traffic analytics. Each of these tools break down the information on a graph with corresponding categories below it to show us how effective our efforts were for a month’s time. By clicking on the graph we are also able to see which channels are more efficient than others. From this information we can accordingly tweak our overall strategy to better suit the needs of our clients.

We use Hubspot Chatbot. It has a very nice free and unlimited plan and has a lot of features like automation, personalization, booking meetings with your team. Also, you can automatically provide customer support answers, create tickets, use workflows. Configuring it is very easy as Hubspot gives also you some templates to have where to begin from.

First, I’d like to debunk the myth that chatbots are “EITHER OR”—sorry Drift. Meaning, it’s not a chatbot OR a contact form. You can have both. Actually you should have both on your website.
People have different preferences. Phone, email, telephone, chat. It all has its place.
That being said, at STXNext we use a chatbot to drive more leads and engage with users while they are browsing our website. If it works for software agency, it could work wonders for B2C, where there’s no business development involved.
My recommendations are:

Hubspot Bot – no brainer for Hubspot users. You’re getting chatbot out of the box.
It’s really basic but works great overall. You can create chat flows within minutes. The interface is very intuitive. One downside is customization—it’s very limited.
✓ ChatBot.com
If you’re serious about automation Chatbot.com will work great. It integrates with major messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger or Slack.
While it’s more complex in use, it offers a very powerful AI, amazing chat flow templates and robust customization.

For the generating leads, I use Pardot; it is great impact analytics and lead generation tool. Pardot has an extremely intuitive and friendly user interface for creating custom and automated campaigns. As a marketing guy, my overall experience with Pardot is excellent, I use Pardot to generate leads for my company, and it never fails me.

Hubspot is another tool that I prefer to use for lead generation; it is an inbound marketing tool useful to improve lead capture, traffic generation, and sales conversion. The reason to like this software is that by keeping all the data centralized, Hubspot helps to see more traffic and turn that traffic into more sale conversion. It also improves SEO with its keyword tool and shows the user which keywords already ranked and suggest others. Overall my experience with Hubspot has been a good one because it enabled my business to become slicker and more productive.

The main email marketing platform that I would recommend would be Hubspot. You can easily create and personalise your marketing emails without the need of a designer or IT. The platform also allows you to draft email campaigns that look professionally designed for any device. Hubspot also gives you the option to choose a pre-designed template that is proven to convert. With so many articles mentioning personalisation, it’s great to know there’s a platform out there that will help small businesses be part of the trend. Like a few other email platforms, Hubspot offers a free package but what makes theirs different, is that they offer so much more, including analytics, live chat and social media ads.

I have also had experience using Mailchimp as well. This seems to be quite a common platform for businesses to use. With the option of a free plan to having additional services added to your account that start at $10 a month, it seems to be a good platform at getting through the door of email marketing. Similar to the other platforms, with Mailchimp you can select a predesigned template or customise your own email newsletter from scratch using the drag and drop function. The only issue I’ve found with Mailchimp is that sometimes they lack behind when it comes to new features, which could mean that your competitors could get ahead of you.

We use two main tools for lead generation: Pardot and HubSpot. Pardot is for managing and generating leads, HubSpot is a CRM that helps us manage engagement with those leads specifically.
✓ Pardot
Pardot includes a lot of automation, which is very useful for a small team. We’re able to automate lead scoring, place potential leads into the appropriate campaigns, and then monitor their activity. The suite of tools is pretty robust, but still easy to use. The cost is steep, though. So far it’s been worth it for us.
✓ Hubspot
HubSpot is just an all around great CRM. There’s a lot of automation there, too, and it does a better job of helping us monitor and optimize engagement in each of our sales channels.

With an entry level option of $50 a month, Hubspot won’t break the bank. Building pages is straightforward, with a range of templates you can use. Combined with being a popular platform with lots of easy to find guides, this makes it a good option for beginners. Plus, there are a solid array of features to enable your marketing strategy, including A/B testing, content creation tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
✓ Unbounce – best features
Unbounce does have a slight learning curve, but the platform is intuitive and becomes very easy to use with a little practice. It features some of the best templates on the market, fantastic A/B testing functionality, and flexible editing options. It is one of the more expensive options. The basic package costing $79 a month, while the full enterprise option comes in at $399. However, it’s very much a “you get what you pay for” scenario – if you utilise all the tools, it can be well worth it.
✓ Leadpages – bang-for-buck
The standard plan of $25 a month is among the cheaper options out there. It doesn’t have a huge range of features, and the user interface is a little clunky. However, unlike some of its competitors at this price point, deployment of features you do build is actually reliable. You can always upgrade your package later, unlocking features on par with Hubspot and Unbounce.

I’m a huge advocate of Hubspot’s online booking software for small businesses as it’s so simple to use and it gives complete control over your schedule with an intuitive interface to ensure the most efficient use of time and transparency to prospective clients.
Meetings booked online through the simple booking button (provided free of charge by Hubspot) sync directly with to your Gmail or Outlook calendar, so prospects can always see your most up-to-date availability and book a time that suits you both, which is a really nice touch.
Letting our potential clients automatically schedule meetings with HubSpot’s meetings tool ultimately saves our team hours of time spent on unnecessary emails back and forth trying to schedule calls each month, freeing up time to allow us to focus on more crucial aspects of the day-to-day running of our business – I don’t know where we’d be without it!
