✓ Instapage
Instapage is great for landing pages as it is such an easy to use software and all their landing pages are focused on conversions. There are a ton of great looking customisable templates to work with as well.

Tom Walsh
I was working for the startups for the past 8 years. It never seemed rational to pay for landing page builder tool, as the free ones are just as good as the paid tools. When you see you need to add some functionality, you can upgrade to the paid plan, so it is flexible. I would recommend trying these three free-to-paid LP tools, in the following order.
✓ ConvertFlow
ConvertFlow is the best free solution. It doesn’t only help you create your landing pages real fast, but also it has multi-step forms included. That means you can break up your landing page form into more pages. ConvertFlow has the limitation of 500 unique site visitors per month and then you are asked to go for a paid version. However, most of the time you can see some traction after the first few hundred users so you would clearly see if the upgrade makes sense.
✓ Carrd
The great benefit of Carrd is that you don’t even need to account until you’re ready to publish your site. You can literally create your landing page within a few minutes. And I am talking about landing pages including text, images, videos, or forms. I really like their block editor and the standard is that their pages are responsible. The small disadvantage is Carrd branding and URL with .carrd.co, but that’s understandable.
✓ Ucraft
Ucraft offers a really simple way of building simple and responsive landing pages. I appreciate drag and drop functionality that works fast. You don’t need to code and the landing pages are amazingly beautiful – you can choose from variety of prepared design templates.

Thomas Wittig
✓ Thrive Architect
With Thrive Architect you can design and launch high performing landing pages fast and esy. You can self-host these on your WordPress website. That makes it highly scalable and allows to plug in any analytics or automation you want. I migrated many happy clients to this set-up now with a lift in engagement performance, conversion and return on ad spend.
✓ WordPress Block Editor
WordPress Block Editor may be a surprise pick. But you can build a reasonable Landing Page quickly. It is fast, it is cheap it is easy to setup. And you can integrate all your tools easily. A plus: you can track users within your domain and you can create retargeting audiences easily.
✓ WordPress Bakery
WordPress Bakery Page Builder would be my last choice. We still have it on some sites, but migrating away from it. But compared to Thrive Architect, it is less flexible and has slower load speed. Also, it takes more time to build a landing page, which makes it less productive. And if you do not keep it current, you may get some unwanted code snippets to show on your landing page.

Scott Jones
✓ Elementor
If you are using WordPress I would recommend you try Elementor Page Builder.
There is both a free and premium version of the tool, the free version is certainly good enough to give it a trial run and even build some basic landing pages.
Elementor gives you total control over every single page on your WordPress website, it works better than any other tool I have ever used.
It is also great from both a CRO (conversion rate optimization) and a SEO (search engine optimization) perspective.
Overall it has been a game changer for my website, which is why I am so happy to recommended it.

Joe Bailey
✓ Unbounce
I have used this landing page builder in many of my projects, and it is still one of the best I have ever used. It has extensive features that make the process easier and more customizable. The price is affordable, and ease of use remains impressive.
✓ HubSpot Landing Page Tool
Low cost plus a few extras such as smart content and CTAs, make this tool one of my favourites as well.
✓ GetResponse
Landing pages is just one of their offerings, and it is a great option for anyone starting from scratch and requires more than just a landing page software.

Jamie-Lee Kay
✓ Leadpages
I love Leadpages as it allows you to develop conversion driven landing pages that integrate with most digital marketing platforms and tools.
Leadpages is easy to set up and use. It operates on a drag and drop builder. It allows you to A/B test, allowing you to determine which metric or version is performing better.
✓ Instapage
For those who are just starting out or with limited marketing budget, I recommended Instapage. It requires no coding or design skills. It’s easy to set up and fully customizable.
Instapage directly integrates to Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Google Ads – allowing you to run optimized, data-driven campaigns.

Momchil Ivanov Koychev
✓ ClickFunnels
The best landing page builder tool for me is ClickFunnels. First of all, it’s super simple and easy to use. The onboarding process is quite easy to comprehend so you’ll be building landing pages in no time. Second, ClickFunnels offers you a free course once you sign up about creating great landing pages and funnels – it includes literally everything: the copy, the design, the offers, etc. And third, ClickFunnels has great affiliate programs (like the OFA challenge) that can potentially earn you some money as a side hustle.

Calloway Cook
✓ Mailchimp
Mailchimp is the best landing page builder — it’s free and has a fantastic UX. Their landing page design templates are beautifully simple. The best part of Mailchimp’s landing page builder is the analytics tool that comes with it. You can track visits, conversions and other metrics without having to sync third-party tracking software, which saves you a lot of time. Mailchimp is obviously known for its email software, but more entrepreneurs need to be considering this company for their landing page optimization needs.

Matteo Gasparello
✓ Webflow
As a landing page builder, I totally recommend Webflow. Webflow is great because it’s not simply a landing page builder, but it’s a website builder. Without being a coder, you can create a professional website that is fully optimized for any device and for SEO as well.
My website Contenuti Digitali is made with Webflow and thanks to that I don’t need to use any landing page builder when I want to add additional pages to the site to, for example, promote an ebook or a case study download in exchange for the contact information of my website visitors.

Stacy Caprio
✓ Instapage
I would recommend InstaPage as a landing page builder for business owners and entrepreneurs to use. Instapage is my favorite landing page tool because it makes setting up the lead collection process so easy and aesthetic. It also makes it incredibly easy for any non-technical person to set up lead page A/B testing, something that is normally left out or glossed over unless you use a software such as Instapage that makes it really easy to do.

Oliver Andrews
I worked on many platforms to create landing pages like: Kajabi, Convertkit, Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Mailchimp, and Wix and many more. But, I would recommend the following platform to create landing pages as they are easy to use and cheap.
✓ Clickfunnels
ClickFunnels is a perfect solution for entrepreneurs who sell a course or consulting service on the Internet and want landing pages, email programs, and payment solutions, all in one.
✓ Leadpages
Leadpages is the cheapest platform we’ve seen so far and offers more in terms of features at every price point. There are over 160 free templates to work with, and Leadpages drag-and-drop generator is probably my group favorite.
✓ Mailchimp
Mailchimp has one of the best email creators in the business, so it should come as no surprise to learn that its landing page creator is equally impressive. Yes, the design options are quite limited, but this only helps the tool to speed up the creation and publication of new landing pages even more.

Mike Lingle
I ended up building my new website (RocketProForma.com) in WIX after trying both LeadPages and WebFlow. My main criteria were:
Editor: Can I easily build the pages I need? Some editors are easy and flexible, whereas others forced me to stay inside very tight lines (or didn’t let me do the things I wanted to do).
Features: It turns out there are lots of extra things I want my website to do besides just look pretty including eCommerce, collecting email addresses, allowing visitors to book my time, displaying videos, responsive layout on phones vs. computers, and more.
Cost: How much do I have to pay for all of this cool landing page builder stuff? My focus was on keeping the cost down while launching.. I want to see how well my business will perform before I start spending a bunch of money.
✓ Leadpages
I started with Leadpages, which has been around for a while as a pure landing page tool. They recently launched a website tool. I ended up switching away from Leadpages because the Editor frustrated me.
Leadpages Editor (1 out of 3): Not so great. Good enough for basic landing pages, but doesn’t handle complicated layouts, video, or text smoothly. Their solution to layout problems is to create different versions for mobile vs. computer, which leads to me forgetting to update things in two places—and was the reason I stopped using them.
Leadpages Features (2 out of 3): They have enough integrations that you’ll probably be able to do whatever you need by connecting a third-party.
Leadpages Cost (2 out of 3): Middle-of-the-road.
✓ Webflow
I tried Webflow, which was by far the best design tool.
Webflow Editor (3 out of 3): Amazing! Allows you complete control over and gracefully allows you to handle responsive design for mobile vs. computer. The flip side is there are so many controls that it can confuse non-designers.
Webflow Features (1 out of 3): They have eCommerce and a few integrations, but the least features of the three landing page builder tools that I tried.
Webflow Cost (1 out of 3): Seemed expensive and complicated. I couldn’t even figure out which plan—or combination of plans—I needed to purchase.
✓ Wix
Wix has the best combo of editor, features, and cost
Wix Editor (2 out of 3): The Wix editor does many things well, including letting you place text, images, and videos anywhere on the page. They don’t handle tablet layouts, although it turns out none of my web visitors are using tablets—who knew?
Wix Features (3 out of 3): Wix wins with their integrations. They have a ton of functionality they provide plus much more that can be linked in from third parties.
Wix Cost (3 out of 3): Wix turned out to have the best pricing because they offered 50% off for the first year + a larger discount for prepaying multiple years.

✓ Wix
I opted for the Wix website builder rather than any of their templated pages as I wanted to give my site a creative touch and have it stand out amongst the crowded market of look alike pages. I have a background in web development but the straightforward nature of being able to whip something together with just drag and drop was hard to pass up. It’s easy to manage the DNS and more technical side of things and with a host of plugins available you can link up your website to most major api’s. It can feel a bit bloated and slow at times but that’s to be expected with a website builder. My only gripe is that the display responsiveness between full screen and mobile view could be better without having to dig into the more advanced settings with bandaid solutions.

Shiv Gupta
✓ Instapage
As a Digital Marketing expert, when I want to develop the best landing page that gives a professional look, I opt for Instapage. It’s easy to use and comes with enough landing pages publishing options. Reporting data and tools to help you optimize pages, along with its ability to deliver and sell items via landing pages offer a plus to choose it for SEO purposes. Its high responsiveness and live chat support channel makes it good for collaborating with team members and clients.
Additionally, It offers 14days free trial for you to explore and decide whether you want to continue or not. And, even after that, it is not very expensive as it promises a high ROI.

Paula Glynn
The two landing page builders I recommend are Instapage and LeadPages.
✓ Instapage
Each of these has their own recommendations and benefits. Instapage integrates very nicely and easily with the ever popular WordPress. This allows most of our clients to set up Instapage with ease. It allows easy integrations with Google Analytics and goals setup, much easier than Lead Pages.
✓ Leadpages
Lead pages are more aesthetically easy but have limitations with integrations with Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Given that most people use Landing pages to track marketing campaigns, this has proven more difficult to work with than Instapage in this regard.

Rizwan Girach
✓ Elementor
The landing page builder we would recommend for a professional WordPress website would be a plugin called Elementor.
This particular plugin allows you to optimise any page for search engine optimisation but has a very easy drag and drop method with designs, not requiring any coding and does not need a professional to design these website.
Personally this is the best recommendation I can certainly give due to it’s flexibility and as a beginner you can also start of free with many features.

Sam Maley
What makes a good landing page builder?
You’ll want to balance three things:
Ease of use: What is your level of expertise? Can you make use of the tools on offer? Can you quickly implement changes when necessary?
Performance and customization options: What kind of tools do you need? Do you have the experience to use them?
Price: What is your budget? Does the cost justify what you can do with it?
What landing page builders would I recommend?
✓ Hubspot – the all-rounder
With an entry level option of $50 a month, Hubspot won’t break the bank. Building pages is straightforward, with a range of templates you can use. Combined with being a popular platform with lots of easy to find guides, this makes it a good option for beginners. Plus, there are a solid array of features to enable your marketing strategy, including A/B testing, content creation tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
✓ Unbounce – best features
Unbounce does have a slight learning curve, but the platform is intuitive and becomes very easy to use with a little practice. It features some of the best templates on the market, fantastic A/B testing functionality, and flexible editing options. It is one of the more expensive options. The basic package costing $79 a month, while the full enterprise option comes in at $399. However, it’s very much a “you get what you pay for” scenario – if you utilise all the tools, it can be well worth it.
✓ Leadpages – bang-for-buck
The standard plan of $25 a month is among the cheaper options out there. It doesn’t have a huge range of features, and the user interface is a little clunky. However, unlike some of its competitors at this price point, deployment of features you do build is actually reliable. You can always upgrade your package later, unlocking features on par with Hubspot and Unbounce.

Dror Liebenthal
✓ ConvertFlow
My go-to landing page builder is a newer tool called ConvertFlow. It’s an easy-to-use platform that allows you to create beautiful, high converting landing pages. The drag and drop interface and template library make it a breeze to quickly create new pages. ConvertFlow also lets you create popups, surveys, quizzes, and sticky bars within the same interface. It’s become a valuable tool in our conversion arsenal.

Nikola Baldikov
✓ Hubspot
The first tool I would like to recommend is HubSpot. One unique advantage of HubSpot’s landing page builder is that you’re able to tie it into their CRM and take full advantage of Hubspot’s full suite of tools (including personalization).
✓ Leadpages
Another useful tool is Leadpages. If you’re looking for a good and cheap solution, Leadpages might be your thing. It has a very convenient drag & drop functionality and a keen emphasis on well-designed templates.
✓ Instapage
Instapage is also a very easy to use tool that comes with 200+ templates for a variety of use cases. Another key benefit of Instapage is that they offer a variety of solutions designed for Google ads, Facebook ads, and Retargeting ads.

Adam Sargent
✓ Unbounce
I recommend using Unbounce. Unbounce is very user-friendly to design & create while also allowing Javascript to be added for more advanced users. Offers great tracking analytics also.

Jay Allen
✓ Elementor
As a WordPress user, the landing page builder that I swear by is Elementor.
Since it integrates with WordPress, that means I don’t need to use separate software from my main site to build beautiful landing pages. Elementor has its own visual designer that acts as an alternative to the WordPress editor. It enables creating pages based on an extensive series of templates and it supports drag-and-drop rearranging of elements. You can also extend your default WordPress theme using Elementor, using the software to fashion new templates for single posts and archives. Finally, at $99/yr. for a three-site license, Elementor is very affordable.

Jitesh Keswani
✓ Leadpages
Leadpages is the cheapest platform we’ve looked at so far and it offers more in terms of features at every price point. There are 165+ free templates to work with and the Leadpage drag-and-drop builder is probably my favorite of the bunch.
✓ ClickFunnels
As their name suggests, ClickFunnels is all about creating sales funnels. Rather than one simple landing page, ClickFunnels create sales funnels that convert visitors into leads (first) and then customers. They give you the tools and strategies that you need for these sales funnels in one spot.
✓ Instapage
As the name suggests, Instapage is all about speed. You can have landing pages live in a matter of minutes by choosing from more than 100 templates. Also, it does come with A/B testing functionality and real-time analytics.

Baidhurya Mani
✓ ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels has a powerful landing page builder that includes hundreds of beautifully designed templates and a drag-n-drop page editor. Apart from landing pages, it also lets you build checkout pages, process payments, and even create an affiliate program for your products. It is ideal for anyone looking for a powerful platform to build end-to-end sales funnels.
✓ Leadpages
Leadpages includes dozens of pre-built landing page templates, an easy to use page editor, and inbuilt A/B testing feature. It also offers some handy lead-generation tools which include the ability to create popups, opt-in text messages, and one-click signups. Overall, it is a good option for anyone looking to build landing pages to generate leads for their business.

Ashley Monk
Factors considered:
-user interface
-search engine indexing
-paid traffic capability
-automation capability
✓ Leadpages
Leadpages is the easiest landing page builder to use if you need to create and generate landing pages quickly. Their tools allow for optimization to ensure your speed time is quick, in addition to quick opportunities to map your domain, modify your SEO, run ads to lead magnets, etc. Leadpages is also a great option for sales pages and lead magnet pages. As an agency owner, I rely heavily on it for all of my local business clients whose websites may not be optimized for paid traffic. Compared to Unbounce & Instapage, Leadpages is significantly more user friendly.
✓ Kajabi
For anyone selling digital products, coaching, memberships, or any other program, Kajabi’s landing pages and blueprints are unmatched. Their tools allow even business owners with little to no marketing background to develop great landing pages. All are optimized for search engines to index and incredibly user friendly.
✓ Clickfunnels
Whether you’re a local business or online, Clickfunnels is still an incredible option. Other than a relatively clunky feel when branding is considered, Clickfunnels systems and processes for landing pages work. If overall feel and branding isn’t as important, Clickfunnels by far has the most templates and sales capability compared to any other platform.

Sidney Alexander
✓ Thrive Architect
Without a shadow of a doubt my number one pick is the combination Thrive Themes products, for those not familiar they make website building tools specifically for WordPress. The combination of thrive theme builder and the architect plugin allows you to design the theme and page contents/format to your liking. It’s a visually easy drag and drop builder that lets you see how your landing page looks in real time as you build it. This gives it a competitive advantage over its rivals, if the intuitive builder is not enough for your liking then you can build quizzes, detailed comments section (that allows voting), courses, contact forms, lead generation forms, popups and much more.
For the less creative they also have pretty nice templates that make it super easy to make a quick professional looking page. Overall thrive has everything you might need to build the perfect landing page. The only downside of all the functionality is that the heavy code can slow down your page. But for me, this is a small price to pay

Mike Lindamood
✓ Adobe Dreamweaver
I highly recommend using Adobe Dreamweaver for building landing pages. It’s made for designers because it helps aid them with the code used on web pages. The split screen between code and how the actual web page will look is fantastic. It is also great if you want the landing page to have the same template as the rest of your web site.

Keno Hellmann
✓ Elementor
I use and recommend Elementor Pro as the Landing Page Builder number 1! It’s not just a landing page builder, it’s a complete page builder for WordPress and can be installed for free in the basic version.
Nevertheless, the pro version allows to use Elementor‘s professional presets which are being updated every few weeks. They can inspire or simply be used to start from and use them for your own projects.
What’s also great concerning Elementor Pro is the ability to export finished landing pages and projects. So it’s easy to give them away or sell to others.

Supriya Agnihotri
There is actually ‘NO’ best landing page building tool. Every tool has its own best features and loopholes. I have used quite a de number of tools to build landing pages and out of all, my top 3’s are:
✓ LeadPages
It is made for every kind of business model be it a DIY marketer or large agency. The easy drag and drop customization helps you to get up and going with your custom design and their analytic tools allow you to track the effectiveness of your conversions. These guys have email marketing and some cool marketing features as well.
✓ Hubspot
It is one of the most reputable names in the world of SaaS and B2B marketing. They offer a variety of marketing services, from a CRM tool to a sales tool and a landing page tool which makes HubSpot is a one-stop-shop. It also offers feature-rich, easy to use, powerful landing page creation tools. It makes it a great tool for single users, large teams, as well as agencies.
The best part about it- It is the cheapest tool and a great boon to small enterprises
✓ Unbounce
Unbounce is, without doubt, one of the best landing page building tools. Their fully customizable templates make it hassle-free to maintain a brand’s image. It’s integrating functionalities with WordPress, CRM’s, and marketing platforms helping you create high converting landing pages. Their dynamic keyword insertion is a great feature that allows you to replace the keywords of your landing page and replace them according to the user’s search query.
One of the more advanced options, it allows you to edit mobile vs desktop individually to get the look you need.

Joey Rubinstein
✓ Wix
Wix is in many ways the top dog in the web building market. It is often ranked number one in reviews, and for good reason. It has over 500 templates to choose from. Plus, there is now an ADI option which takes all of about 2 minutes to use, and builds the skeleton of the user’s website. A landing page with Wix is incredibly quick and easy.
✓ Elementor
Very much an up and comer in the market. Elementor is a WordPress based web builder. They are well recognized in the WordPress space, having won the competition for best WordPress add on for two straight years. They are open source, but are designed to be a block builder similar to traditional web builders. This dual identity gives users the flexibility to design something quick and simple, or to make something more intricate. Furthermore, they have a large library of plugins that allow building a professional looking site or landing page in a heartbeat.
✓ Squarespace
As the founder, Anthony Casalena, is also a University of Maryland alum, it is fair to say I am a little biased (go Terps!). However, Squarespace very much deserves its spot in the top 3, as it is well recognized as one of the best web builders. It’s themes are intuitive and the site features strong UX. Additionally, it is packed with many extra plugins, including ample for e-commerce. Getting a clean landing page is a cinch with Squarespace.

Majid Fareed
✓ Leadpages
Leadpages has makes easy to build amazing campaign that can capture leads, traffic and conversion It allows you to run A/B test that means you test multiple versions side by side then ditch then that won’t work

Nate Shivar
✓ LeadPages
LeadPages has the best usability and integration options of any landing page builder that I’ve seen. It’s drag and drop. It has dead-simple A/B testing. And it integrates directly with existing analytics tags and content management systems like WordPress.
✓ MailChimp
MailChimp’s landing page builder is simple, beautiful, and straightforward. It has major strengths with social media, paid, and email campaigns. And best of all, it comes bundled with MailChimp’s incredible email marketing software, so you can technically use it for free for fewer than 2000 email subscribers.
✓ Your own existing website template!
3rd party landing page builders are great, but if you plan on keeping your landing page around for a while (for SEO or direct traffic value), then building your own landing page with your existing website makes a lot of sense. Popular content management systems like WordPress usually come with free landing page plugins or built-in landing pages with themes & templates.. Whenever possible, I recommend that clients take a bit of extra time to build amazing landing pages as part of their website architecture. In many cases, the extra time investment pays long-term monetary dividends.

What to look for in Builders:
When selecting a landing page builder, there are several technical things you should look at apart from your personal considerations above. The reason is that different builders come in different properties and offers.
Let’s look at the significant considerations before you choose one:
1. Templates availability
You should go for a builder that offers you some templates. This will save your time as all you will need is to select a template that nears the perfect one for you and drop the content easily.
2. Intuitiveness and smoothness
Understand that some landing page makers are clunky to use. These will make your experience hard, and you have to select the easiest for you.
3. Flexibility
It is good to go for a builder that gives you an easy time to modify your content as well as the page design.
4. Integrations
Your landing page needs to be connected to various other tools you will need for your page. Whatever the builder you choose, it should allow you to do integrations like email marketing or CRM tools.

We split our landing page creation between two providers – Clickfunnels and Get Response.
✓ Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels has a really robust drag and drop interface along with a library of templates and examples to make your own and inspire your creative marketing. The software has integrated payment processing and provides analytics for every step of the funnel.
✓ GetResponse
Get Response is primarily an email provider so when we have email campaigns it is easier to build the landing pages right in Get Response’s autofunnel environment. We like the Get Response product a lot but it is much newer and still has one or two kinks to work out. Both are a reasonable price for a business that plans to scale, but a word to the wise – the email features of Get Response blow Clickfunnel’s offerings away. If you do use Clickfunnels reserve it for the landing page and funnel creation features.

✓ Hubspot
If you are considering an all inclusive marketing automation platform, HubSpot provides very intuitive templates for their landing page builder and the most in-depth usage for capturing the analytical information.
✓ Unbounce
Probably one of the most well known and easy to use available online. Great selection of templates and works well with call tracking and other marketing tools. No need to even have a website.
✓ Beaver Builder
If you have a WordPress website and want your landing pages to be a part of the site, this is a simple solution that gives you control over the design of your pages. Trusted and tested by many in the industry.

Thank you so much for this best landing page builders list. I certainly got something out of it.
I do not even think that you missed any amazing software on this list. I’d personally have to choose between Clickfunnels and Leadpages though.
